1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SafariPulse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SafariPulse is a review platform for African safari tourism. We enable travelers to share their experiences with safari lodges, tour operators, and properties. We aggregate and display these reviews with a TrustScore to help future travelers make informed decisions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Review Guidelines

When writing reviews on SafariPulse, you agree to:

Write honest reviews based on your genuine experience.
Not submit fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews.
Not write reviews in exchange for payment, discounts, or other incentives from the reviewed business.
Not include personally identifiable information about other individuals (staff names, phone numbers, etc.) without their consent.
Not use threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language.
Not submit reviews for businesses you own, manage, or are employed by.

5. Review Moderation

SafariPulse reserves the right to:

Review and moderate all submitted content before publication.
Remove reviews that violate these Terms of Service or our review guidelines.
Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.
Flag reviews for further investigation based on automated or manual detection.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting a review, you grant SafariPulse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your review content on our platform and in embedded widgets. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

7. TrustScore

TrustScores are calculated algorithmically based on review ratings, volume, recency, verification status, and company response rates. SafariPulse does not manually adjust TrustScores. Companies cannot pay to improve their TrustScore.

8. Company Profiles

Safari companies and property owners listed on SafariPulse are independent businesses. SafariPulse does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality of services provided by any listed business beyond our review verification processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

SafariPulse provides review information as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any review and are not liable for decisions made based on review content. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
