Best Time to Visit
The south and east coast (Paje, Jambiani, Bwejuu) is known for dramatic tidal shifts and world-class kitesurfing. **June to October** is the best overall season — dry, warm, and the strongest kite winds blow. **December to February** is hot with calm seas for swimming. The southeast trade winds make **June to September** the top kitesurfing season. **March to May** (long rains) is the low season with some closures.
